Female Executives in Media and Entertainment (FEME) was formed in early 2014 as a professional, non-profit organization dedicated to connecting, educating and mentoring women who are business executives in the media and entertainment industry.

FEME’s focus is unique. Our membership is comprised of business executives in finance, business development, strategy and marketing as well as attorneys, all with 10+ years of experience. We offer peer centric opportunities that enable members to make more effective connections by bringing together top decision makers. Our focus on the media and entertainment industry brings together women with complementary experience and professional development objectives. Mentorship and support of emerging talent allows members to share experiences and develop relationships with the next generation of entertainment business leaders. Additionally, we remain committed to expanding our efforts in diversity, equity and inclusion and to creating a space for female executives to develop their networks.

FEME supports women's advancement by providing members with career specific training, networking events, and insight on industry trends. We hold quarterly networking dinners, offer member and industry expert led “lunch and learns,” organize an annual workshop hosted by a career coach, and facilitate many other touch points for members to connect with, work with and learn from each other.
